Two cottages set on a hillside, overlooking Dingle Bay and within 100 yards of Kells harbour and sandy beach. Originally fishermen's cottages, both have been refurbished and upgraded to a very high standard and centrally heated.

Sleeps 4  
Charming and comfortable sitting room with open fire, TV, video, etc.
Kitchen / breakfast room with cooker, microwave, fridge and quarry tiled floor.
Bedroom 1 - double bed, wardrobe etc.
Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds etc.
Shower room with wc and wash hand basin. Note: There is another loft bedroom with 2 single beds. However because of the size of the breakfast area we restrict the letting to 4 persons max.

The Annex
Sleeps 2
Beautifully furnished and fitted.
Large sitting room / bedroom with double bed. Stone walls and French door to patio.
Kitchenette with mini cooker, fridge etc.
Shower room with wc and wash hand basin.

Bed linen included, please bring your own towels.

Note:
Breakfast can be purchased at 'Seaview' down by the beach.

COTTAGE RENTAL CONDITIONS  

  • Cleaning:
    You should find the cottage completely serviced, cooker and oven cleaned, floors and carpets vacuumed, fireplace cleaned and ready for use etc. If you find any defects in the cleaning please report this on the day of arrival.
  • Dogs:
    Dogs should not be left alone in the cottage; this can cause annoyance to others and could result in damage to furniture etc.
  • Departures:
    The time to vacate your property is approximately 10.30am on the morning of your departure.
  • Please Note:
    The cottage should be left in the condition in which you found it; if a major clean up is required after your departure - a surcharge of 30 euro will appy.

COTTAGE BOOKING CONDITIONS  

  • Bookings:
    A credit card is required to make a booking. A non-refundable deposit of 150 euro per cottage per week will be taken; the balance will be due four weeks prior to arrival.
    If a cancellation occurs during the four weeks prior to arrival, the balance will     only be refunded if we can re-let the cottage.
  • Pets:
    Family pets are welcome, although a charge of 20 euro per animal will apply.
  • Damage:
    We do not require a damage deposit, however if items are damaged, destroyed or found missing, these items will have to be paid for.
