Set in the courtyard and grounds of Sheepwalk House, the 200 year old outbuildings have been tastefully converted into self catering cottages, with beamed ceilings and flagstone floors.

The Stable (Sleeps 2 max.) Well furnished, split level accommodation comprising ground floor sitting room / fitted kitchen, upper floor one bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe etc, shower room with wc and wash hand basin. Private patio over looking a picturesque valley. The property is well equipped including TV and video, fridge, conventional oven and microwave. No open fire.

The Forge (Sleeps 3 max.) On an elevated site overlooking the sea, two timbered cottages, double glazed, and heated. A well appointed sitting room and kitchen area with an open fire. One bedroom (shower ensuite) with a double and a single bed. Tastefully equipped with TV and video, fridge, cooker and microwave. A deck area facing South and overlooking the sea and coast line.
The Lodge (Sleeps 3 max.) On the same site as the Forge and similarly appointed.

The Coach House (Sleeps 5 max.) Beautifully furnished, comprising downstairs: Large sitting room with open fire, fitted kitchen, cloakroom with wc and wash hand basin. Upstairs are two bedrooms (a double+single, and a twin), shower room with wc and wash hand basin. Large private patio overlooking a picturesque valley. The property is well equipped including TV and video, fridge, microwave and conventional oven.

The Barn (Sleeps 4 max.) The unique feature of The Barn is its magnificent setting, with an unobstructed view of Arklow Bay and the Coastline.
- It has a private deck area.
- It has two bedrooms each with its own bath or shower room.
- Bedroom 1: Double bed.
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds.
- A large lounge with an open fire, and a well designed kitchen and dining area.
- It has all the usual equipment, including TV, video, fridge, microwave, conventional oven etc.

The Pony House (Sleeps 6 max.) A detached stone cottage which dates back to the early 1700's when it was used by the Groomsman at Sheepwalk House. The property has recently been restored and enlarged and now offers: 3 Bedrooms (a double, and two twin rooms), 1 Bathroom, 1 Shower Room, Lounge with open fire and sea view. Fitted kitchen and dining area. The property is well equipped including TV and video, fridge, microwave and conventional oven.

COTTAGE RENTAL CONDITIONS
Cleaning: You should find the cottage completely serviced, cooker and oven cleaned, floors and carpets vacuumed, fireplace cleaned and ready for use etc. If you find any defects in the cleaning please report this on the day of arrival.
Provisions: The cottage is provided with 3 tea towels, 3 large bin bags, 1 kitchen roll and 2 toilet rolls and a fuel supply sufficient for a day or so. We also provide a metal bucket for fire ash.
Dogs: Dogs should not be left alone in the cottage; this can cause annoyance to others and could result in damage to furniture etc.
Laundry: On site laundry, and there are several rotary lines near all of the cottages. There is a deep freezer for Guests to use.
Departures: The time to vacate your property is approximately 10.30am on the morning of your departure.
Please Note: The cottage should be left in the condition in which you found it; if a major clean up is required after your departure - a surcharge of 30 euro will appy.
COTTAGE BOOKING CONDITIONS
- To secure your booking we would require your credit card details plus the security code. Also required is your address and telephone number. This information can be faxed on + 353 402 35789 or telephone on + 353 402 35189.
COTTAGE A non-refundable deposit of Euro 150.00 is required for the cottage rental and the balance is due one month prior to arrival which we automatically take from your credit card unless otherwise instructed.
Pets: Family pets are welcome, although a charge of 20 euro per animal will apply.
Damage: We do not require a damage deposit, however if items are damaged, destroyed or found missing, these items will have to be paid for. |
